"I know it’s been covered before and I’ve read the responses from Fitbit. These were actual steps tracked by my tracker. There we no manually added, third party added, or mobile run steps. They simply did not add about 10,000 steps from my dashboard to my challenge. I am pretty much done with Fitbit. I don’t pay for premium for subpar performance.

I have had the same issue. They will give you a canned response, but they will not provide a resolution to the issue. It's ridiculous and they expect people to keep paying for premium service.
