I am having trouble with my versa lite.

When I was not doing anything to me versa it stopped working. Now all my screen is saying data not cleared sync and try again it also has a red X on it amd thats it. I have tried to sync it but it's not working.

This happened to myself. If you contact Fitbit they will replace (seems to happen a lot) I had this happen three times so on the last one I returned to store and got a refund 😒

Hi @Meosweet, welcome to the community.

 

It sounds like a factory reset has been performed on your Versa Lite.

 

Can you try going into your phones Bluetooth settings and unpair/remove the Versa from there (this bit is important). Then go back into the Fitbit app and proceed to set up new device, select Versa Lite and then choose replace, follow the steps to set up the device. Hopefully this will clear the data not cleared message.
