Hello Everyone,

I am receiving Whatsapp Call notification but same is not happening for my friend who have same version and firmware of Fitbit Versa2. we compare all the settings in the Fitbit application and  phone settings but couldn't figure out what is the reason behind it.

Can someone help us to figure it out.

 

Note: by Whatsapp call notification I meant to say that notification is similar to chat(small vibration) not as a normal call(long string of vibrations).

Do you and your friend have the same phone, and what types are they?

We both own Android phones, s9 for him n mine is s10...thats the only difference
