I bought the Versa lite on sale and threw $100 in the garbage

Hi! 

I bought a Versa lite. It synced up great to begin with but would not show text messages. I looked all over Google for answers and it did not answer my questions. The watch would buzz and tell me I had a text, give me the option to open, and then when I chose that it went right back to the watch screen. When I would scroll down it would tell me, "all caught up!". All the while I didn't see any message on my watch. All notification settings were set correctly according to everything I read. Still didn't work. I uninstalled/reinstalled the app on my phone. NO CHANGE. I turned off the watch and turned back on. NO CHANGE. I turned on and off the notifications in the settings. NO CHANGE. Then I finally did a factory reset on the device since I only got it a couple hours ago and didn't have anything on it. NOW IT WON'T SYNC TO MY PHONE AT ALL. 

Garbage. I will call the customer support number tomorrow and if they can't figure this out I will be getting my money back. 

I've had fitbits since the beginning and I've never had issues like this. Disappointed for sure.

Hello @SDJenn1880 

Pressing open is suppose to open the message on the phone and bring you back to the clock on the tracker. 

Notifications on the watch, show up in the way the app sends it, a factory reset will only add problem's. 

After doing a factory reset, the user needs to setup the tracker as if they just brought it gone from the store. 

Where you able to setup the tracker, it will not sync until setup.
