I can not log into my application, is giving error in the account, but I enter the site normally .ja turned off the Bluetooth but it did not work. what do I do ? I would also like to know what I do my watch is in english but the app is in german how to change? I use iPhone

Have you tried uninstalling the app and then installing it again to see if you can log in then?
