I can not swipe my versa left or up

My Fitbit stopped responding - it does not swipe up or left anymore. I tried replacing the clock face to Fitbit clock face like what’s in the forum, tried resetting my Fitbit but to not avail. Please help

I have the same issue on my Versa2

For about the last week maybe less I noticed the screen becomes unresponsive, then suddenly it will work for a while and then go unresponsive again, sometimes in mid-swipe.

This is very annoying.

I tried a factory reset, no joy.  I tried it without a wifi connection in case it was trying to resolve something but again no joy, i've re-paired it to my iphone and it syncs fine, I just cant use it for anything.

Currently it is working, but I know that later when I check, it will be unresponsive again.

Any suggestions?

I have the same issues on my versa2. It freezes and won't swipe
