I have a Versa 2 which I can not unlock with my phone as the pass code is not working. I was advised by a forum to delete device from app and reset up however I cannot unlock and my pass code is being rejected. The Versa 2 is now losing time and is in effect useless!! I have tried a hard rest but it does not work.
Please can someone give me a little help.
