I can not unlock my phone

I reset my watch and now I can not unlock phone to put in my credit card in. there is no where that I can find to reset pin

Has the Versa 2 been removed from your Fitbit account. If so then we won't be able to unlock with the phone.

What type of reset did you do @Eilene8117

Yes I had deleted the watch from my phone. I didn't know that I couldn't.
And the reason I did was holding the button on the side until the Fitbit
logo came up. So you're telling me that I'm not going to be able to use my
Fitbit wallet

Deleting from the phone's bluetooth is different from deleting from the Fitbit app and your Fitbit account. I assume it has been removed from the Fitbit account. 

If it was still connected, it takes less than 30 seconds to unlock

 

We now have to to a factory reset. 

 

  • Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
  • When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  • Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
  • Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.

I figured it out and was able to download my card.
