I can't add Spotify shortcut back-Versa 2

When I first got my Versa 2, it allowed me to put Spotify has the button shortcut. But after the update, it's gone and when I looked at the left-button shortcut settings, I can't put it back. Can someone help? I liked having it as a shortcut and I'm highly dissatisfied that I can't add it back.

Please try restarting your Fitbit Versa 2. Then, please try once again to add Spotify as a shortcut by following the instructions in this article.

 

In addition, you can set up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
