I can't add my card to the Fitbit Wallet-Versa 2

Hi all....I put my card details on to my versa 2 via the fitbit app but it says there is a problem.

So it didn't go onto my versa. So I tried again a couple of days later and the app says its already registered and wouldn't go any further but there is no card details in the app or the watch. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thank you for the information provided.

 

If you haven't done it already, please try to remove the card from your Fitbit account by following the instructions in this article in the menu "How do I remove or suspend a card from Fitbit Pay?".

 

Whether this doesn't help, I would recommend setting up your Fitbit Versa 2 as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab Fitbit logo and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

In addition, you can try uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit app.
