I can't adjust settings on Versa 3

I want to change the wake screen setting but as I go to settings it's grey and dark and I can't change anything 

Got to say very disappointed with versa 3 ☹️

I expect you are in 'Sleep Mode'; it is under Settings > Quiet Modes.  Sleep Mode on intentionally prevents some changes that might cause light at night.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

You said you already were in Settings.  As I said go to Quiet Modes within Settings, then scroll down to Sleep Mode.  If it is on, turn it off.

I have the same problems. It is so dim that I can't see the settings unless I shine a flashlight on it. When I see the buttons and press them, nothing happens. It appears to be locked but when I follow all the instructions, nothing helps. I need to be able to SEE the screen. 
I just got this yesterday. Super frustrating.

Same issue! Can only see settings on my phone the device is so dim but also I do t see a sleep mode option. All the options won’t change when I press them. It’s completely unresponsive and frustrating.

Hi All, you need to go to Quick Settings to remove Sleep mode [swipe watch face to the right] so that normal Settings are again visible.
