I can’t change my clock face on my Versa 2

I'm sorry you're having troubles changing your Versa 2 clock face, let me try to help you with some suggestions. 

First, make sure that you have the latest Fitbit app version. Depending on your platform, you should check on the official app provider and download the latest one. 

Once you have done that, please try restarting your Versa while your phone's Bluetooth is off. You can turn it back on once the Versa 2 turns completely on.
