Cannot brighten screen on Versa.. touch the icon ... does not respond. Have reset etc.

Thank you for the information and for the steps you've followed prior to posting. At this time, I'd recommend making sure that your Versa isn't into sleep mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:
To change this, press the button and swipe right to access the quick settings screen. Tap a setting to turn it on or off. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
