I tried to connect with Bluetooth to Gear IconX and is not pairing. Both have Bluetooth on. On screen is shown pairing, but even after 30 minutes they are not paired yet. I tried many times. Please help me.

I couldn't conect samsung iconx . I bought fitbit flyer. They work. The other ones are now useless...

I'm still waiting for the answer for connecting Samsung Gear IconX to my Versa. What the solution? All troubleshooting has been done. I did the same things as previous people posted. Versa finds the device, says 'Pairing Gear IconX (4405) and continues to have a loading circle moving around. What's up?

I am using my Samsung Gear Iconx with my versa. You need to put them in the charging box to connect. Then press and hold the Bluetooth button on the box. Also, make sure to not have your computer or phone Bluetooth on. It might interfere with your initial connection. Hope that helps!

I have not been successful connecting my Versa to my Samsung Gear IconX. Did you pair yours to a Great IconX 2018? How long did it take to complete pairing?

I was finally able to get IconX 2018 to connect. I removed other bluetooth headphones from my Versa then shutdown my Versa. Once I restarted my Versa the IconX connected right away.

How's the connection? Mine pair, but the connection is garbage. It has a stable connection to the left earbud, but the right one cuts in and out constantly. My JBL bluetooth earbuds with a cable running between them, however, are perfectly stable. It looks like the Versa simply runs into problems trying to connect to the two earbuds independently.
