I can't connect my Galaxy Buds to my Versa

Hi all,

I just bought a Versa today that is the beautiful rose gold and lavender. My brand new Samsung Galaxy Buds will not connect at all.

I have successfully connected my Galaxy Buds To-

ipad Mini

9.7" ipad

iphone 8

Samsung Smart TV

Two Asus laptops

ipod Nano

The only device I can't connect to is the Fitbit Versa.

I have turned off all Bluetooth settings on all devices except for the Versa with no luck. The Galaxy Buds and case are freshly charged. The Versa just searches....and then tells me it's "still searching", finishing with "no devices found".

Please help!

I'd edit the OP, but I can't figure out how assuming it's possible.

Anywho, I finally connected them. No epiphany or anything. I just opened and closed the case countless times (that is what puts the buds in pairing mode), took out and put back in the buds a few times, and boom, the Versa finally registered them. If it weren't for the fact that there's magnets and a light that blinks telling you the bud is seated correctly in the case, I'd think that was the issue.

Who the eff knows.

It's time to adress this issue now Fitbit. There are multiple threads about this and only boilerplate responses from you.

1. Inform us about the reason for this issue.

2. Fix the issue with a firmware update.

Hi! I'm getting both the versa and Galaxy buds for Christmas. Wanted to see if you're still able to connect them and listen to music with them fine. Thanks!

My wife and I puchased two Versa 2s with Galaxy Buds. Nothing but trouble getting to work together. Official word from customer service was they're not compatible and they recommended the Fitbit flyer.

BUT, check https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Smartwatches/Is-it-technically-possible-to-connect-Galaxy-Buds... for a fix that worked for me. Not sure it it'll be a permanent or temporary solution, but I was able to listen to music on Versa 2 using the Galaxy Buds.

Worked for me, too. Super frustrating! See my other reply in this thread to another thread with same solution.
