I can't control music on my Versa 2

Clicking the music control it tells me to connect phone go to Bluetooth settings. I go to Bluetooth settings and there it is. Fitbit says to click the three dots and choose the phone icon, it's already selected. Turned Bluetooth off and back on. Restarted phone. Restarted Versa. Paired and unpaired. Won't control Google music, Audible, or iHeartRadio. Didn't have these problems with Versa 1. Am I just frustrated with bugs in updates, and wait for the next update?

Have you tried restarting Bluetooth on the phone, or restarting the phone? 

If on Android, do you see the Versa 2 classic under Bluetooth as a trusted device and show as connected when selecting the music controls?
