I can't control or see my stats WTW this the second time it's done this I only had it since Dec.2022

My watch syncs but I can't control or see my stats on it.Seems to be froze only had it for 6 months already happened twice.

Hi @Hunni - try a restart by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to restart.

If it is still a problem it can be replaced under warranty where you bought it.
