I can’t download Serrano apps and watch faces. !HELP ME PLEASE!

Hi, I just purchased the Fitbit versa. I would like to download Fitbit agenda and some other things. The app says that I cannot download or select things because I’m not updated. I made sure I had the right watch for the app and watch face. I also made sure that I was updated (both my app and my Fitbit) please tell me how to fix this so I can add Serra in apps and watch faces to my watch without this problem. ( 4/16/2020 )

May I ask which model versa you have @Ukulelegirl 

The latest Versa update is 32.70.7.14 

Virsa lite is at 38.70.7.14

The Versa 2 is at 35.70.7.12

So which model do you have. 

Dose your Versa have 1 or 3 buttons?
