I can’t download Spotify onto the Versa lite

I can’t download Spotify onto the Versa lite that I bought today. It says my Fitbit and the Fitbit app must be up to date but they both are. This was one of the features I was most looking forward to!

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to download Spotify onto your new Fitbit Versa Lite. Thank you for letting us know that your Fitbit app and watch firmware are up to date.

 

Please make sure that you have a premium Spotify account. If so, I would recommend following the instructions to resolve issues with Spotify on this article.

 

In addition, you can reboot your cellphone and restart your watch and try again.
