I can't download music to the Versa watch

I cannot download music on the watch and a message appears. Pair knowing that the pairing has been completed and the latest update has been downloaded via Wi-Fi

1)  It is generally helpful to know what the message says.

2)  Have not been able to download music to any fitbit for quite a while.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
