I can’t get the Versa 2 to factory reset. Tried holding 3 buttons then release bottom right when logo went off. Still nothing

Hi @Als176 - a Versa 2 only has 1 button so you may have a Versa if you have 3.

A factory reset isn't without risk and may kill your watch so this is a last resort action.

Have you exhausted the troubleshooting of whatever problem you are experiencing first, let's start with solving the issue which may not even be a watch problem.

Please post the issue instead.
