I can't get female period tracking on my versa?

The app is called Clue and it's listed on the Apps tab. It's a third party app that lets you log everything from dates to emotions. Clue App

I have used it for a while, separate from Fitbit. Now it integrates well with Versa/Ionic smartwatches. I don't work for or with them. But I do recommend it highly.

Fitbit says they'll have their own tracking "soon" for Android. Given how long it took them just to get Clue (which already has everything you need in female health), I don't know if the Fitbit version will be worth using.

It's not live for Android. But the Clue app for Versa/Ionic has everything you need in female health tracking if you want something that works now.
