I can't get my versa to 'find" my phone device

Hi there

 

I can't get my Fitbit Versa to 'find" my phone device. I have an active internet connection, the battery is charged and it is paired on Bluetooth. I have tried this a number of times but I keep getting a not working page on my fitbit app.

 

Any idea's?

Try reinstalling the Fitbit phone app from the google store, etc.  I had to do that when I installed the Versa for my wife. Her phone app was not up to date. Good luck.

Thanks for that, I actually did uninstall and reinstall the app. Still no joy.
