I can't get text message notifications on my Versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just bought a Versa 2. I followed the directions to set it up and have not been able to receive text message or call notifications on my Versa 2. I have checked my phone settings and Fitbit settings and all notifications are enabled.

When I pull the screen down for notifications on my Versa it says- "Nothing new here,You're all caught up!"

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 phone.

What am I missing, any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Please follow the steps that are listed in this help article in order to set up the notifications feature on your Versa.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

You know it's funny, I had already referred to that article without success. However, today I realized, in the Fitbit app when you get to the page after you've clicked on the picture of your device and it shows; amazon alexa, clock faces, apps, media, wallet, how to use and accessories- I did not realize you could scroll down to then find notification options. I had completely missed it and was confused.

Second times the charm.Thank you.
