I can’t install Spotify on my Versa

This morning I went to the app and I saw the Spotify app and got super excited so I charged my Versa and updated and went to download Spotify. I tried it about 4 times and it showed the ‘downloading’ thing but it just went back to saying install. What do I do?I am in UK

Let me help you with your Spotify app. Which firmware version does your Versa shows in its settings area? Start by refreshing the link between your phone and your Versa by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • After this retry setting up the app on your Versa.

I have the same problem I have an IPhone. I’ve tried what you just said but nothing works I bought one for my boyfriend and he has a Motorola and has the same problem.
