I can’t install apps on my Versa 2

When I enter the Fitbit app and go to my profile icone I click on versa 2 then I go on gallery and then apps It shows me only the preset apps and I can’t search new apps to install.

what can I do?

Hello @Rusaronni and welcome to the Community.  You don't say where you ate located.  Fitbit recently removed all thirds party apps and clock faces from EEA countries.  They are also gone from the UK, although the UK isn't part of the EEA.
