My job requires me to be on time to the minute and their time is different by 6min to the 'time zone'. My versa 2 only adjusts to a time zone, I can't manually set the time. I contacted customer service and there's nothing they can do. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Reset my watch. Updated the firmware. Changed to sync with timezone and not to sync with time zone and synched in between, NOTHING.
SURELY being a watch you should just be able to set the time on the watch manually in settings on the watch itself, this doesn't seem like a huge ask?! If every other watch in the world can set the time, what the heck is Fitbit doing here making it so difficult? Hoping I don't have to return this watch because after hundreds of dollars I can't set the time! 🤦🏻:female_sign:
Edit/update: Fitbit head office told me that if enough people dont ask for something then they don't consider changing it. People have been requesting an easy way to change the time since 2018 and the more likes this post gets, the more notice it will get and hopefully result in an update for this of us who dont use auto-time. Thankyou x

Hi @Annalise.hill the time is determined from the device we use to sync with. On your phone, do you have it to set the time automatically? There is no manual way to get the time corrected.

@Annalise.hill- - Not sure if this will work
In the Fitbit App click profile photo [top left] and then App settings and turn off Automatic time zone.
There is a known issue currently with changing that setting, so go out and come back to make sure its still off.
Then on your phone, set the time to manual and adjust to the time offset you want to use on your watch.
Then sync your watch and it may pick up your phone time.
The Fitbit App may be too smart and it may still pick up an Internet time instead, synced to some time zone [eg.synced to an Internet hour rather than the time on your phone] and send that to the watch. You will have to experiment to see what actually happens.
Also it can happen that the watch syncs to Internet time while charging as it connects to the Internet over wifi directly and not your phone.
Please post back if you succeed - it may help others with a similar problem.

Nope, tried that.
And surely you should be able to change the time on a watch easier than 10 steps... It's 2021, I'm not moving a sun dial.. Come on Fitbit!
Already done that and turning it to automatic doesn't work. Turn auto off doesn't work. Turning wifi off doesn't work. Restarting the entire watch sync to a different phone doesn't work. There is no way to adjust for a period that isn't a time zone as notified by Fitbit themselves. Thanks for trying to help x
