@pashax5 Can you please explain what you mean by syncing? Also, make sure your bank is listed on the financial institutions list. Finally, yes, depending on your bank're regulations, you may need to activate NFC payments with them.

Hi Marrrmaduke ,
Thanks for Quick reply yes my bank is listed and no problem with that and today i called my bank and they Believe the problem might be from my card itself and i need to change it to NFC or Contactless card in order to activate my fitbit pay !! if is that the case or not any way I will get my NFC card by next week and hopefully can fix the problem  .

@pashax5 Ahhhh that could be it. It has to be a chip card as the product itself needs to support the service. 😄 Please let me know how it goes, so we can troubleshoot if needed. 😄

@pashax5 did you reset your earbuds? you need to clear their devices list as well. most of the buds can be paired only with one device. i am assuming you paired them with your phone already. please reset them, reboot your versa and try pairing with versa again.

@pashax5 That's weird indeed. You might have to reach out to your bank if you deleted your card. Some banks require to call to activate the NFC after each add. That's my case. Each time I add my card to google pay, I have to call my bank. Regarding your earbuds, that could happen if your buds forced the connection in hands-free profile. Just in case, you can try resetting the connection with Versa and resetting the connection between the buds themselves.
