I can't see on my Versa 2 how many laps I am swimming.

My fitbit versa died I'm not sure why, so I got the fitbit versa 2. I have always loved fitbit because of their swim tracking. I went swimming today with my new versa 2 and was really sad to realize the swimming features took 10 steps backwards, instead of being even better. I can't see how many laps I am swimming while I am swimming, I can only check it in the app afterwards. I also used the setting that vibrated my wrist everytime I swam a lap and I don't see this available either. The whole point of getting a fitbit for me was to use it for swimming. Because I have seen on a older fitbit that this feature is available, I was wondering why these features aren't available on the versa 2? Or am I just not seeing it and there is a setting to change? Miscounting my laps was always frustrating for me and having a watch that counted for me allowed me to focus more my work out and technique. This is a really big con for me. I'm feeling pretty discouraged with my upgrade to versa 2 and even wanting to go back to the older versa or a different watch because of this issue. Please add these settings back again.

I'm also curious if anyone else has ran into this issue.

Like you mentioned, these features are available only in the Fitbit Versa. Our team is constantly working to improve our products and services and the feedback from Fitbit users is highly appreciated. 

In the Feature Suggestions board, there is a request about this topic called "Swimming should show more stats (time, distance or length) Versa 2". You are welcome to vote and once any update be available it will be communicated as soon as possible.
