I can't swipe from my home screen on Versa 2

I can't swipe from the home screen on my fitbit and I restarted it twice and no luck

Try changing your clock face and see if that will make a difference. You can go through the Fitbit App to do so: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm

Same, I’ve done multiple reboots, changed my clock face to FitBit ones and no luck.  It will still vibrate when I get a text but the only response I can get from it is via the button.

If restarting your Versa 2 several times and changing the clock face fails to address the screen from swiping I’d suggest calling Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

 

I hope the can get your screen swiping again and have you up and running again soon.

This happens to my versa 2 as well. I reset multiple times with no luck.

i gave up and bought the sense gave the versa 2 to my 11yr old and it works again now (face palm)

The only thing I can think that she did is let the battery drain and do a full charge on it to 100%
My versa 2 was two and a half years old.
