I can't swipe my Versa Lite's screen. I have tried restarting it several times and have changed the face to a Fitbit face. Sometimes it will work for a few seconds, but usually it won't do anything.

I am having the same issue with my Versa Lite. I purchased it on Black Friday 2019, it worked wonderfully until the update in February. I was hoping the recent update would fix the problems. Unfortunately, it will freeze on the home screen, does not respond to touches, unless I turn it off & back on. Then I can use it until it times out. I changed my shortcut button to exercise (bike) it will start but will stop on its own when it times out to the black screen, the exercise tracking then needs to be restarted. It also dies very quickly often in less than a day.
I have a fitbit clock on, but that does not seem to change anything. I have waited for it to completely die before recharging. Nothing seems to work. Help please!
