I can't transfer music to my Versa 2

Hi, so I just got my Versa 2 a couple weeks, ago, and I wanted to try out music. So, I followed directions from online and the Fitbit app. I went to Media section of the Fitbit app, and I created a new playlist. Then, I tapped the settings button and pressed add folders to scan. I pressed my file, but it didn't have any reaction. Then I tried directly pressing "Drag and drop files here, or browse" So I pressed browse, selected my file, but still didn't have any reaction. Any ideas why? Thanks!

Hello @IzzyL88 do you have a MAC or a Win 10 machine? 

Do you have Fitbit Connect installed?

I don't think i have the fitbit connect, and no, I have a lenovo.

Is your Lenovo running Win 10?

To transfer music to the Versa 2 you need to install Fitbit connect.
