I can’t unlock my Versa 2

I used to use my fitbit everyday but now I can’t get into it. I didn’t use it for about 3 months and tried to unlock it. When I try to unlock it it says “Unlock with your phone”. I tried to reset my password and reconnect but nothing will work.

Hello @agallipo is your Versa 2 still connected to your Fitbit account?

Unlocking takes about 15 seconds.

How do I use the device lock on my Fitbit device?
