Hi, I have the device lock turned on. Just now I tried to unlock it with my code and it does nothing.

Hey @KristinB36, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! If you are having difficulties to unlock your Versa, please try to reset or change the PIN code for your watch in the Fitbit app:
However, if you already entered an incorrect PIN code 10 times, you're prompted to unlock your Fitbit watch with your paired phone.
