my versa is locked
And appear a message to unlock on the phone But doesn’t appear my versa on the app because I’ve disconnected of the phone
And now I can’t find
And when I try set up again I can’t put the 4 numbers code because doesn’t appear on the versa screen because of the unlocked message
What can I do to reset my versa to the factory mode?

Disconnecting the Fitbit from the phone is not the same as removing the Fitbit from your account.
It sounds like you have removed the Versa from your account @Leo.camara but why?
Normally the process is easy by simple setting up a new pin code.
Let's do a quick search of this board.
I get many hits with your solution such as this one.
For the future, set the watch to only lock Fitbit pay.
