The Firmware on my new Versa 2 is apparently out of date (35.70.7.14), and I can't figure out how to update it. There's no pink banner at the top of the app, as I've read there would be. How do I get it to update?

I spoke to support via chat. Apparently updates aren’t available for several days after setup. Why Fitbit thinks that customers will accept not having full functionality upon purchase is beyond me.

See my comment below. Basically it comes down to poor programming, and poor customer support.
