I use my Versa with a Windows 10 Mobile phone (HP Elite x3). It works pretty well, but I have a couple annoying issues, and I'm wondering if it's a limitation of the phone OS or something else.
I can't use any connected apps that require syncing with the app on my phone to receive data, this includes Weather and Walgreens. I also can't change any watch face settings. For instance, the face I'm using right now has different color options, but those options don't actually do anything.
Thanks!

It's great to see you participating @SunsetRunner.
Keep in mind that in order to have a successful connection between your watch and phone, it needs to a compatible mobile device. If you haven't checked if your phone is compatible or not, I recommend checking our list here.
If a phone isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your watch but you might experience some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions provide in the help articles:
I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
See you later.

Soooo none of that actually answers my question.
My specific phone (HP Elite x3) isn't listed, HOWEVER, the OS is fully supported by FitBit. I've already had my Versa RMAed for battery issues, and in that support conversation I was told that my phone should work just fine.
That said, a few points:
It appears that certain bits of communication between the Versa and my phone are failing to work properly, as opposed to a 100% failure, which seems to be the assumption here.
