I cannot get an account on my dashboard?

I am trying to setup wifi on my Versa. I have it in the charger and connected to my PC but no account tabs shows up?

@SunsetRunner Are you using Fitbit mobile app? Open the app, tap on Versa icon, scroll down to Wifi Settings and add the network.

I am using my computer(windows 10) to try and connect to my wifi but I do not have the account tab on my dashboard??? I do not have a smart phone.

@SunsetRunner Please check this help article on the instructions how to add WIFI. Here's the screenshot from Fitbit WIN app from the Microsoft Store. Account icon looks like a business card.

Hi,The problem has always been on my dashboard there is no account icon. I only have the icons for settings, profile and notifications.Can any one tell me where to find the account icon because it is not on my dashboard? I am using my computer and windows 10 - I do not know if using my computer is the problem.Thank you
