I cannot get my Fitbit account to set up my new Versa Fitbit.

I have tried to set up my new Versa. It shows me the picture of the Versa but when I tap on Set Up New Versa it just takes me back to the account page to add a device. I have deleted my charge 2 and added it back again several times with no problems. The Versa is paired with my Bluetooth and has a full charge.

Hi, you're trying to add a new device to the same account where you also have installed your Charge 2. This could be the problem. Two devices on one account. See tis topic about this problem: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Versa-Lite/Is-it-possible-to-have-multiple-devices-in-my-Accou.... Hope you find the solution for your problem in this topic. Otherwise, unpair and remove your Charge 2 from your account and add the Versa as a new device. It's up to you! Good luck!!

Thanks for the info. I finally realized that my location services were off and that has seemingly solved the problem. My account page could not locate my Versa. Set up is underway.
