I cannot open my challenges nor my apps-Versa 2

I started a workout and exited out of it without finishing first.  Now I can’t open my already started workweek hustle, Bingo challenge, sleep app.  Nothing.  I have turned my phone off twice and restarted my versa 2 as well.   Still nothing.  Help please!
