I cannot pair my Versa to the app because it says its locked. Has anyone else experienced this? Ive contacted support but no response yet. Thanks!

@steph9290 Please see my post here. Whatever you do please do not delete Versa from Fitbit mobile app. If you do that, there's nothing you can do. Your device will have to be shipped to Fitbit.
