I have tried for weeks to set up my new Versa on my Windows 10 laptop. Every time, the Versa gets found but the next screen is an error message "An issue occurred while pairing your tracker". Nevertheless, my computer says it is in fact paired, but I cannot go any further with the set up. I have tried all the things the error screen says to do...I have removed my existing Charge HR, etc. My friend bought a Versa the same time I did & had exactly the same problem. She has just returned hers to the store, but I want to persevere & fix this issue.

Is the error you getting include anything like "http 500 error"?

No...the only thing it says is: "An issue occurred while pairing your tracker" & then it gives a list of things to try, none of which work.

I am still trying to set up my new Versa. One of the things to try on the page headed "An issue occurred while pairing your tracker" is to do a factory reset of the Versa. I don't even see how one can do a factory reset when the unit isn't set up. As my friend had the same problem with her new Versa, I don't think a factory reset is the answer anyway. Have other people had problems setting up a new Versa? Does the company have any suggestions? If nothing, then I guess I will have to return the Versa to the store. Such a shame...I really wanted it to work.

@mewg, Try doing it with this hard button factory reset method. Should be similar to the Ionic.
