Hello! I have had a versa 3 for about a year but just started seriously using it. I started working out pretty hard last week. HIIT, cardio, strength training. I just completed a workout and wanted to look at some of my metrics. First, it didnt even recognize that I worked out. Or at least, it didnt log it as a workout or anything. I do see zone minutes. but I thought there was a way to see my heart rate throughout the workout? Ive looked in the app on my phone and on my laptop. Also, I made sure it synced before and after my workout.
I used to have a charge something or other. Whatever one came out before the newest one. And I remember having to tell the watch i was about to do a workout and it would recognize it but i feel like i was able to see a lot more information about the workout that way? That was a few years ago but I had premium then and also do now.

Hi, @aflood1516! If you want to guarantee that a workout is tracked, I always recommend starting and stopping it manually from the tracker. Fitbit does autodetect, but it won't always capture a complete workout. If you do, it should have all the information you're looking for. If not, you can kind of pull the information out of your data for the day. The workout just brackets it for you.

Oh. I'd tried to do that but couldn't find where to start a workout on the watch. It's not like my old one. I assumed since it auto detected now, that you couldn't manually do it anymore. But thank you! I'll check it out!
