I cant see wallet tile in dashboard

Hi,

I got fitbitversa yesterday from source store. I am living in ontario, Canada. I didn't see fitbit pay option on my dashboard app. I am using samsung galaxy 7edge. Even at the back of watchplate "Fitbit Pay" is not written.

It shouldnt be on the dashboard. Go to your account (ID card icon in the top right) andbthen select Versa. On the page that comes up the wallet tile is on the left of the second row of tiles. Let us know if you see it there.

Actually, I got regular Fitbit versa. it's not Fitbit special edition. I
Have to exchange it. But I need to know if I bought Fitbit SE. Is Fitbit
pay will work with any bank or is there any specification such as a
particular bank can accept Fitbit versa. I am living in Canada.

Thanks for letting me know. I have an account with Scotiabank. If I bought
Fitbit SE It will work with Scotia Mastercard or not??

I now live in Japan but 3 years ago I have been living in Calgary (AB) and I had an account too at Scotiabank.

However it appears Scotiabank is not among the supported bank unfortunately but, if I were you, I would try to contact them and ask. Let us know the outcome!

Should i buy Fitbit SE or not coz my account is with scotia bank?
