MY fitbit stopped working Feb. 9th and I haven't been able to get it to work since. It will slowly charge but I cant swipe or actually use it. It dies very quickly just sitting after I take it off the charger. Can you please explain to me what I need to do to make it work. I bought it April 28th 2019, it quit working Feb 9th 2020.
