I was able to change what exercises I am able log from my dashboard, but its not changing on my actual Fitbit. I don't need the bike or swim option so I changed those to Yoga and circuit training from the dashboard settings and exercise shortcuts. Any help?

Hi, @hilljogger, once you make these changes on your app, you will need to sync yur Versa to have the changes reflected on your watch.
On your app, click on the Versa icon and on the next screen choose "sync now".
If it is not syncing after a couple of minutes, try a restart of your Fitbit amd then immediately try sync now again. Although I do not have a Versa, the restart usually works for getting a sync going on my other Fitbits.

Yes, It did work. I restarted my fitbit and the changes were made. A pretty cool update for me.

I'm having the same problem, but this solution isn't working for me. I restarted and synced but the exercise shortcuts still haven't updated. Any other ideas.

I also tried to turn off my Versa and then I synced it. (I tried 3 times!) This solution didn't work for me, either.

Hi, @Albalool , if your short uts have not uodated, that indicates that your Fotbit did not actually sync. (You can check the time and date of your last sync by clicking on the Versa icon in your app.)
Sometimes a Fitbit does not sync the first few times you try. Usually this resolved itself after a few hours, but shutting down your Versa and then turning it back on again, can often kck things back into action.
Other things you can try are logging out of the app and then logging in again, or turning bluetooth off in your phone, waiting a moment and then turning it back on, or else turning the phne off completely.
Whenever you are having sync issues, it can be helpful to make sure that other Bluetooth devices are out of range, including other Fitbits, if you have any.
As I said, this problem usually resolves itself, though I know it can be frustrating.

Hi all,
I experienced the same 'not able to sync' issues with the exercise shortcuts.
What helped me was; turning off bluetooth on my iPhone, logging out of the Fitbit app on my iPhone, shutting down my iPhone, shutting down my Versa. Then restarting my iPhone first, logging in the Fitbit app again, adjusting the shortcuts (i turned continuous synch off and switched it on later), then turned bluetooth on again. Final step i restarted my Versa.
This helped me. I now can change the shortcuts again!
Hope this is helpful for anyone for who just turning off and on again wasn't helpful.

Thanks a million for your help! It worked perfectly! I had been trying for days to change the workouts on my versa and it wouldn't update to the selected workouts from my app. Your instructions worked perfectly! THANKS AGAIN!!

I am encountering the same issue here. I tried to change the exercise shortcut via the app but it failed. Despite several tries, eventually I can only make the changes thru online fitbit.
