I was working on my motorcycle while wearing my new Versa. Big Mistake!! My screen cracked when I bumped it up against the frame of the bike! I'm not crying warranty, I know I cracked it. Fitbit doesn't seem to have any way of repairing any of their products, Versa or otherwise! I still need to check one of the "cracked i-Phone" repair stores that seem to be everywhere. Maybe it can be done there. It just seems strange the original equipment manufacturer of the watch has no way to repair their own product. Any thoughts?

I really never thought about this but man I think that $50 accidental coverage sure sounds like a good deal for 2 years. Lots of crap to hit these on while lifting weights. LOL.

Oh bummer! I hope you can find somewhere to repair the screen. So glad I bought mine at Best Buy with their warranty. It covers cracks and scratches. Good luck!

Definite bummer.
@Bodie177, I think electronics that are made as small as Fitbits don't lend themselves well towards repair. Even if you could find someone to repair the glass somehow, the touchscreen likely wouldn't work and it the waterproof seals would be destroyed also.
@blu-steel, almost every day my Ionic gets knocked against iron in the gym. Through grace and a screen protector I've been safe so far!

Bummer!! Should buy a case.... I did after I hit it on a surface and it nicked the screen. No thanks. Didn't want to risk it even further.
Good luck with your versa!

Oh no! That is very bad luck. Next time go with a screen protector immediately. But I would contact Support (link in my signature ). No, it wont be under warantee, but they may help towards another purchase - you xont know unless you ask.

Hello all,
My Fitbit Versa's screen cracked and I would like to get a replacement, but I dont know if i have warranty. I bought it at a local kohl's, and I dont know if I have a warranty. How should I handle this?

Hi, @Israelarreola11 you will need to get in touch with either Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com or with Kohls.
Generally speaking my experience from what is reported in these forums is that cracked screens are not covered by Fitbit's warranty as that is considered accidental damage and not a product defect or flaw.
Sometimes a credit card purchase or household insurance will cover accidental damage where the warranty doesn't cover it, so it may also be worth investigating that.
Good luck!
