I did a factory reset and now I can’t add Veda lite to app

I have a versa lite that is less than 6 months old. It stopped syncing.  I tried rebooting the versa lite  rebooting iPhone 7 Plus. Turned Bluetooth off and on. Removed Fitbit app and reinstalled. Nothing worked. I did a factory reset and I now cannot add device to app. It looks like Bluetooth is not working.

Hi @auntpatti At only 6 months old it should still be covered by warranty so contact Support
