I did a factory reset on my Versa this morning and now it won’t even turn on

For two weeks now my Versa has stopped receiving text and email notifications.  Phone call notification was spotty.  I tried all trouble shooting techniques more than once over this period of time and still nothing.

 

This morning I thought proceeding with a factory rest was the last logical option to regain full functionality of my devices.

 

Well now I have nothing more than a paper weight.  It won’t power on for anything.  I left it on the charger all day. From what I can tell it’s not even responding to the charge.  

Anyone else ever experience this?

Yes, I was changing my wife's band and wanted to  turn it off  because it kept doing workout after hitting the buttons and the versa wouldn't turn back on.  I decided to update my versa just to see if it was just hers, now I have two paperweights.  What's the issue???
