I have ordered from Indian Fitbit website on 29th February 

Its has not been dispatched till date

no proper response from Indian Fitbit website 

What do I do

Horrible customer service

I need explanation

Please clarify something

On the indian fitbit website
While ordering
it shows its instock
Ships in 3 to 5 business days

N now
They tell that product is coming from overseas

How can u post such false information on official website????


Its cheating

So I am requesting

Please dispatch my order in any available color

Or issue me refund immediately

I lost trust in the indian official fitbit website

I won't wait till march 17th

They kept on postponing the estimated shipment date

Horrible customer service of Fitbit india
